How to Book?

To request a reservation, simply fill out the Request Form. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $100 refundable damage/cleaning deposit to hold your package and secure your date (this does not count toward the rental fee).  You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver. The total rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your event.

All rentals are for up to 4 hours of playtime. Set up and breakdown time is included in the package fee and not calculated into the playtime. For each additional hour, we charge $75 per hour. No payment processing or paperwork on the day of the event.

  • Deposits will be returned within 1-2 days only if:

  • All balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pick up.

  • There was NO food, liquid, glitter, candy, or stains on any of the equipment. 

  • No damage to any of the equipment.

Are You Insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if needed.

If your venue requires a COI with an additional insurer, there will be a $25 fee. The client is responsible for coordinating this beforehand with the venue.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible at least 7 days prior to the event and we will grant you a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use at later date will be applied. Good for one year. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Weather Conditions/Rain Policy?

We can set up both indoors and outdoors based on the weather conditions, and ground conditions (dry/drained/level). Outdoor setups must have shade provided by the client. We can customize and offer recommendations based on your specific venue or space. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.

RAIN POLICY

  • If it rains the day before and the grass is wet, we are unable to set up on grass.

  • If there is rain in the forecast or is raining the day-of, we will need to have the set up indoors or reschedule to a later date.

  • Once we set up and it rains, we will need to come back and pick up the play area and no rescheduling is available.

Soft Play Rules?

  • Adult supervision at all times

  • Children 5 and under

  • No Food or Drinks

  • No Face paint

  • No Sharp objects

  • No Shoes or high heels

  • No Pets
